Women in Community - Part 2

The people of SOMA Church Community value living in authentic community so much, it is a focus in the church's name! Please join the women at SOMA as we share life together and discuss what it means to live in Gospel-Centered community.
In our last Women in Community group we enjoyed a potluck meal while discussing a chapter(s) in a book on community. This time we will be meeting the 3rd Saturday each month to enjoy brunch together and discuss the book "Life with God-Reading the Bible for Spiritual Transformation" by Richard J. Foster.

Babies are welcome. Kids are welcome also if they can play quietly while we eat brunch together and discuss the topics. :-)
We will be meeting:
January 21 (chapter 1)
February 18 (chapters 2 and 3)
March 18 (chapters 4 and 5)
April 15 @ SOMA/Kid Street - in conjunction with veggie washing for Easter (chapters 6 and 7)
May 20 (chapters 8 and 9)
Summary of the book:
Approaching the Bible that God might use it to transform us, rather than insisting that it cater to our own needs and perspectives—this is exactly the idea behind Life with God.
